  • Where is the store based?

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We do indeed! International customers are welcomed.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    All items are made-to-order unless otherwise noted and will be sent roughly 24 hours after purchase. RQM ships every day excluding weekends and US federal/postal holidays.

    The time it takes for you to receive your order depends greatly on the efficiency of the postal systems involved: domestic orders can take between 2-10 days to arrive; international orders may take 1-3 weeks.

  • Christmas Order Deadlines

    The deadline to receive an order by December 24th, 2016 from within the United States is 12/03/2016. I will be out of town 12/15-12/26; all orders made during that time will ship 12/27. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me via email!
